  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
